The villa offers the benefits of being in Bosnia (money with twice as much) but with easy access to the beautiful coastline. Its easy to cross the border (time varies from 5 mins to 50, but usually quick) but make sure you’ve blank pages in your passport. There isn’t much in the village but it’s not far to shops and a great restaurant (drejin - order the lamb/veal under the bell). The also means it’s a wonderfully quiet. The villa is great. We loved swimming in the pool and sitting outside watching the sunset over the bay. Heavenly.

Everything. Exceptional location with a million dollar view. Lots of outdoor space with a great pool and jacuzzi. Nice contemporary furniture and modern bathrooms. Great property management. Even the owner (who owns several dozen of properties in Ivanica) stopped by to say hello and make sure everything’s ok.
