I recommend! Very comfortable and clean apartment, everything corresponds to the description and photos, friendly owners always willing to help. I really appreciate the quiet location, the apartment is in a new apartment building. Near the apartment there is a bus stop for public transport and two Studenac Market stores, 200m further there is a gas station and a marina for yachts with a Konzum store. The location is excellent, public transport runs every 15 minutes to the center of Dubrovnik directly to the gate of the old town. Right behind the apartment there is a hiking trail with a hike up the mountain with a magnificent view of the bay and the bridge. 300m from here is the crossing of one of the shortest rivers in Europe, which is only 30m and flows underground directly into the bay. Beautiful clean water! A quality quiet place to relax and for those who need beaches and sights, everything is close by. We alternated between Uber and public transport.

Excellent stay! The apartment had great facilities and everything was very clean and well equipped. It included a dishwasher with tablets, a washing machine, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. The host’s attention to detail was outstanding, even providing spare toiletries such as a toothbrush and shaving kit, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby. The host also kindly accommodated an early check-in to suit our flight arrival, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
