Very nice apartment. Would def stay again.

Nice and quiet, comfy apartment. Short drive to shops and beaches.

Kitchenette was a little basic. The mosquitoes around the pool made it near unusable (due to lots of fruit trees around pool)

Superb apartment!

All - Location was excelente not far away from Dubrovnik but in a very quiet town so could relax from busy city. Confortable apartment nicely decorated and very comfortable. Swimming pool and shared areas also great. Excellent hosts helping with eveything we needed and providing lots of good suggestions for our stay. Highly recommended.

Nice appartment with many kids facilities.

The host was super helpful. He was flexible in check-in times because he had to give the keycard to us. We also needed some additional things during our stay (beach towels, iron, tea towel), and they were providing everything. We were also able to do some laundry there. Also, we were traveling with our 2-year old daughter and on previous trips had some problems with the baby cot. Not on this one, it was fully set up with blanket, pillow, and even a cute stuffed toy. Since we arrived late, we could just put her in there without worry The Fun Factory and pool were nice for us and our daughter to play around with. We didn't always want to go out by car, and these facilities made it easier to entertain our daughter

Some more kitchen materials would be helpful, such as a cutting board, dishwasher soap and a brush. Also, the airconditioning was positioned such that the bedroom could only be cooled when the door was open. Mior inconvenience, but it made it easier for any mosquitos to sting us.

Awesome place in the nature with pool and warm hospitality..feel like home away home

Wonderful apart hotel in the middle of nature ,a little far from Dubrovnik old towns crowd... With all amenities, wonderful pool, play zone for kids , parking is perfect, room is more than what I expect, but top of the everything is the warm hospitality from Miran and family they have provided all basic cooking requirements tea coffee sugar salt pepper ... They also provide the quick guide on best restaurants bar and visiting place , some unpopular but wonderful hidden beach and destination.... Ah how can I forget their lovely gesture to serve is fresh fruits at pool side , highly recommend stay.... Value for money

Peaceful spot

Very welcoming hosts. We had a room with 2 cots in for the babies which was more than enough room. Bears in the cots, baby pouches a very nice touch. Room is spotless and modern fantastic spot on an evening to chill out. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but is very easily accessible. 2 Bus stops very close by there is an app at the shelter to download that tells you when the bus is coming. Taxi around £6 and 10-15 minutes to the old town. About a 30 minute walk to Srebreno. Would recommend this place, great value for money! Overall nothing to fault.

Beautiful property and setting and great value for money.

Property was modern inside and excellently presented. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Pool and pool area extremely well maintained. Setting tranquil with good scenery. Self catering options very useful.

Little bit out of the way location wise. Would have preferred cleaner to come in at least once during the week we stayed and change towels etc. Could have done with a few extra bits in kitchen area.

Lovely villa to enjoy your holiday.

Spacious, nicely furnished and extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Also lovely balcony and nice atmosphere around the pool.The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to bring our luggage to the Villa already in the morning. Also location is great by car and free parking.

The property was fantastic. 8 of us stayed in 3 apartments that has everything you needed. Pool was amazing after spending a day walking around Old Town. Shopping centre 10 minutes walk away, up a hill, but downhill all the way home. The property is 10-11km from Old Town, but only an €11 Uber ride and the 16A bus comes every hour

The property was beautiful, located a short 10min Uber from the Dubrovnik old town. the rooms were spacious, the pool was amazing, and the service from the owners was amazing. constantly gave us great advice about what to do, what to eat, where to go, when to do it. really made our holiday special! thanks for everything!

the appartement was new and very nice, good beds also. The pool was phantastic. The owner and his family were very helpfull and symphatic and they cooked a great meal on the first day. The appartement is only a 10 minutes drive from Dubrovnik.

in the direct area of the appartement there are no restaurants or shops so a car (or taxi) is needed.

I have nothing to say except everything was great. We enjoyed staying there so much and we requested to stay longer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend especially if you are a couple looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a family in search for some quality time together. :)

Great & beautiful villa for family/couple vacation!

The villa was in great condition and very clean and spacious. We had separate bedroom for parents and children slept on the sofabed. It was easy to make breakfast etc. at the apartment. There was also kitchen corner. Hot plate, no microwave. Interior was done beautifully. Children ages 4 and 7 loved the pool. Pool area was nice and peaceful. Family running the villa were always helpful and so welcoming. They made good dinner in the grill in the evening. We couldn't have had a better stay. Thank you guys!

There was no shallow end in the pool for the smaller kids. Views from our appartment were to the front side of the villa and there isn't much to see. Pool side might be nicer.

Excellent for a family.

Everything was really good and nice. The room is big and the terrace is enjoyable. Pool’s nice for relaxing. Quiet people, no obnoxious noise. Good breakfast. Possible to offer dinner for good price. The host is very likeable and sweet, will suggest things to do and give better solutions to things for tourists. Highly recommended. Definitely will return if we beck to Croatia

Beautiful swimming Pool & Apartment highly recommend!

Apartment was beautiful inside and the balconies overlooking the pool are lovely. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for long stays. Its a great place to get away and relax, the pool is stunning and is surrounded by trees, you feel like your in a tucked away paradise. Your less than a 15 minute drive to Dubrovnik centre, it’s so easy to get Ubers they come within minutes. The family who run the site are so lovely and welcoming.
