Appartment is in a quiet street, but close to the city center (some minutes walk). The area and city center is very-very nice (compared to our last stay 5 years ago). Apparment is nicely furnished, you have everything you need (towels, handsoap, shower gel, hair dryer, cookware/cutlery, etc). Parking: in the courtyard or on the street. Owner is very kind. Flat is maximally clean.
The upper bed is very comfortable, but the sofa not -we only stayed one night here on the way to Greece, so it was o.k. There was a smell of cigarette-smoke in the flat (but you cannot choose only non-smokers to come in the appartment)

Location is fine, the host is communicative and responsive. IDEA shop is close, also city center.
Cigarette smell upon arrival, dirty kitchen equipment and entire kitchen.
