DIRECT Gulf access, Heated Pool & Spa, Kayaks - Dance the night away at Villa Dancing Flamingo!

Our host does a phenomenal job with communication and level of support. The amenities were great and all as advertised, and the location was perfect.

We enjoyed the house and the pool ,the host was very nice ,the outside front was a little dirty ,we had a little problem with the bathroom outside ,and the light outside did not work ,but overall we had a nice stay.

The house was perfect for our family's vacation. We had 14 of us with 6 kids 6 and under. They loved the pool. The location was great the kids got to fish and see a momma and baby manatee.

Upon arrival we realized the listing was not accurate. There is not 4 bunk beds in the bunk room there is one bunk bed and a love seat. The pool table is in such a small area you can not use regular pool sticks you have to use short pool sticks. All the pictures online are stretched to make everything appear much larger than it is. There is 2 queen beds and a full size bed, a bunk bed which are full size, on the main floor, and a full size pull out couch in the loft area upstairs and a king in the master upstairs. All rooms are 80° or higher because the AC cannot be set below 73° there is a small fan and a box fan and ceiling fans in all room but the bunk room which is extremely hot especially at night. The house had multiple issues upon arrival which i called about monday morning and was told the property manager would be contacted and they never contacted me back even after mulitiple emails and calls all week!!! The dishwasher did not work it threw a code, there was cockroaches even in the bed, two people got spider bit while sleeping, the pool inclosure screen was ripped in several places and bugs were all in the pool area, something made a nest in the pool area, grass was growing up in the cracks of the pool concrete, the master bath shower doesn't work properly, there is black mildew on the vent in the master bath, the living room couch is broken down, the refrigerator drawer is broken, the beds are just a peice of foam on a board and very uncomfortable, the kayaks are just hulls no seats, there was beach toys and floats and umbrella but they were all broken and the floats all had holes in them, we had 9 people it says it is up to 12 but you have to pay an additional $20 per person per night over 6. They also only had one towel and wash rag per person in the bathrooms which means you have to wash towels everytime you shower. We found some extra toels and used them giving us 2 per person at least. While there 3 different people just showed up on the property without us knowing who they were. One guy was spraying chemicles in the yard where our small children were playing, another guy just showed up docking a boat and was in the driveway when we got back from the beach and told us he knew the owner and he woukd be back the next day to get his boat! Ummmm, first rude second stranger at the house we rented i dont know if he knows the owner! I also dont know if he went in the house or not this pissed me off highly n this happened 2nd time.
