Cape Harbour is approximately a 20-minute walk from the villa and offers waterfront restaurants, shops, entertainment, marina views, and a relaxed Southwest Florida atmosphere.



Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, marinas, and other everyday conveniences are also just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Cape Coral and the surrounding Southwest Florida area.



Cape Harbour can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot, while shopping, restaurants, marinas, and everyday services are only a short drive away. Fort Myers, area beaches, and other popular Southwest Florida destinations can also be conveniently reached by car.



Other Things to Note:

The garage has been converted into a game room and is not available for vehicle parking.



The pool is heated and professionally serviced on a regular basis. During unusually cold winter weather, pool heating performance can be affected by outside temperatures and it may take longer to reach or maintain the desired water temperature.



Lawn maintenance and professional pest control are also performed regularly to keep the property and outdoor areas well maintained. These services may occasionally take place during a guest's stay.
