Appartamento perfetto e ben fornito, pulizia impeccabile, posizione defilata e tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. Parcheggio interno in giardino curatissimo. Per chi si muove a piedi, fermata bus a 10 metri dalla struttura. Super consigliato

Spazi ampi, luminosi e puliti. Super accogliente. Tutto corrispondeva alle foto. Pur trovandosi in una zona un po’ degradata, appena si entra dal cancello sembra di trovarsi in tutt’altro posto: tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, giardino con fiori e piccola zona esterna dove poter stare a riposare. Comoda zona per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle nella zona nord dell’isola. Vicino a Ipsos (5min di macchina) e quindi comodo per fare la spesa/magiare fuori ma meno costoso che ne restare lì. Cucina ben attrezzata, letto molto comodo. Aria condizionata che funziona benissimo.

Wi-Fi prende poco in questo appartamento e spesso si sgancia perché prende solo in alcune zone. Avendo giga limitati essendo all’estero il Wi-Fi era importante per noi per poter organizzare/vedere/trovare dove andare il giorno dopo.

We like the facilities at first sight, there's a beautiful garden and everything looks tidy and well kept! The location of the apartment is good especially if you have a car and want to stay away from the busy and crowded places. Despite the potential we were disappointed, see below.

Some details for your own judgment: - On the first night, we couldn't sleep well due to sounds of steps from the upper floor (late night around 03:00 a.m.). - The water on the toilets was constantly leaking (simple maintenance could have prevented it). I sent a message to the owner asking to fix it before our consecutive night, but he ignored my request. - There is one air-condition for two rooms, which means you have to sleep with the door open. - The door handle was broken. - We didn't meet the owner - I could convey all of these to him in person. - Last, the room showing in the photos is not the one we got eventually (maybe the great reviews relate to the other room?).

The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Clean and nice, the bed is very comfortable for a good sleep. The location is very convenient cause it has a supermarket, butcher shop, coffee shop etc. and close enough to Dassia beach which is perfect for families. Quiet environment.
