Great location! Oceanfront next to luxury resorts at a fraction of the cost with same kind amenities. Had access to all the Malibu beach club amenities.

The only thing is the back of the property was used for storage and a big sand pile. While we didn’t really need access to that space, it was just a little “eye sore”.
