Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse ! Vous avez été très serviable tout au long de notre séjour. L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Le parking est également très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. ❤️

The apartment was quiet and clean, it was equipped with useful things for making a stay comfortable: Easy to get inside, well functioning WIFI, a parking place in front of the door, bathroom equipped with washing machine (although we did not use it), fridge and cutlery and whatever is needed to prepare a meal or coffee

I suggest the host to give up the dark colored bed sheets, that are so unpleasant, even when are clean, also to provide some paper towel in the kitchen. A comfortable approach for the tourists would be to know at the moment of booking that they should mention from the very beginning if they need bed sheets and towels, in order not to panic if they learn afterwards that such things are available on request. Also, the chairs in the kitchen should be arranged around the table, and not otherwise

It's an affordable flat with good facilities in a very quiet town. We were able to have a great visit to St. Malo on the Sunday and easily catch the Monday ferry. Monsieur le Patron Alain responded to all messages and was helpful when we were there. We corresponded in French. He let us park our car on the forecourt. We forgot to take bedclothes, so we bought those at the Carrefour [new out of the packet, these made me itch all over]

We didn't enjoy cleaning the flat to avoid the €40 cleaning charge. We did the chores to a fair standard because we wanted no issues on ferry departure day.
