House arranged on two levels: Ground floor: - an entrance hall - a living room with a kitchen, a dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a lounge area - a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) - a shower room with toilet Upstairs: - a mezzanine (sofa bed available upon request) - a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) - a shower room - a separate toilet Electric underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric convectors upstairs. Outside: - a private enclosed garden with a swing - a terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers - free access to the shared grounds with a ping-pong table (equipment provided) Parking on the shared property. This comfortable, well-equipped, and welcoming rental has been designed to offer a relaxing stay in the authentic atmosphere of a working vegetable farm. Located in a beautiful stone building, this cottage is one of two independent accommodations, each with its own private enclosed garden. The terrace allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors, with a barbecue and swing for convivial family moments. Here, you will enjoy a natural and verdant environment that invites you to discover country life: getting close to chickens, ducks, and a goat will delight children!
