L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description, même au-delà de nos attentes. Il était très propre. Nôtre hôte « ALAN » a répondu à nos questions dans la minute. Nous avons pu le rencontrer lors de notre départ il est fort sympathique. Je vous recommande fortement cette adresse.

Pied à terre proche Cancale

Appartement duplex dans un immeuble de locatifs en centre-bourg, à proximité immédiate des commerces. Les plages sont environ à 15 minutes en voiture durant l'été.Bon pied à terre pour rayonner autour de Cancale et Saint-Malo. Nous avons séjourné à 3 amis, 2 ont dormi à l'étage et un 3eme sur le canapé (le propriétaire laisse un matelas pour plus de confort sur le canapé). Un ventilateur et un climatisateur sur secteur sont mis disposition.

Tarif un peu élevé pour une nuitée. Pour pouvoir libérer l'appartement une heure plus tard (11h au lieu de 10h), nous avons dû apporter notre propre linge de lit et serviettes de toilette.

Super Lage zum Sparpreis

Die Wohnung hat wirklich die perfekte Lage, um die wunderschönen Strände der Region zu erkunden sowie die tollen Städte wie Saint-Malo, Dinard und vieles mehr. Das Wifi ist wirklich exzellent. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung für den Preis in Ordnung - für wirklich lange Aufenthalte ist sie nicht geeignet (zumindest, wenn man ein paar Ansprüche an Platz und Komfort hat). Die Wohnung erfüllt ihren Zweck, wenn man in dieser eher teuren Ecke eben günstig übernachten möchte.

Wir haben die 60 EUR Reinigungsgebühr gezahlt, da wir keine Lust auf den Ärger hatten, den manch anderer in den Kommentaren beschreibt. Allerdings ist aus den Fotos für die Unterkunft nicht ersichtlich, dass zwischen Toilette und Dusche ein riesiger Heizkessel ist, der den Raum ganz schön einengt. Dass die Wohnung nur über eine Metalltreppe an der Außenwand zu erreichen ist, kann man aus den Fotos auch nicht erkennen. Vielleicht haben wir nur irgendeinen Zusatzhinweis nicht gelesen - zumindest das mit der Treppe hätte ich gern vorab gewusst.
