This beautiful property with country club amenities and a beachfront location is the ideal escape! Experience paradise in this spacious, well-appointed two bedroom two bath condo on the 16th floor of Crescent Beach Club 2. Begin and end your day by relaxing on the balcony, taking in the unobstructed view of the beach and the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

* Fully stocked and well appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless-
steel appliances.

* Second Bedroom en suite with king bed and unmatched ocean views

The property is within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and a five minute trolley ride (stops outside of the complex) to shops, restaurants, putt putt golf, and Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach.
What you need to know:
* A Lease Agreement application is required. You will receive it from the owners as an attachment to the rental approval. It must be completed and signed by both parties a MINIMUM of 5 days prior to arrival or the CBC property management office will not accept the agreement. It can only be sent as a scanned PDF. Faxes and photos of the document are not accepted by CBC. The owners will ensure the $150 fee (part of your total rental fees) is transferred to CBC on your behalf.
* You must be 25 years of age to book and the person booking must be one of the
occupants.
* Only starter supplies will be provided.
* One (1) parking pass allowed per unit, parking is first come first serve basis. If
parking under the building, the vehicle cannot be taller than 6'3" including any
items stored on the roof. You are not allowed to back into a parking space. Only
automobiles are allowed on the property.
* No pets allowed.
* Smoking prohibited in the condo and the complex. The unit is equipped with
detectors that sense smoke from cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana.
* The security deposit will be refunded no more than 14 days after check out, once
inventory has been completed, and the unit has been cleaned.

This unit is well taken care of, you can tell it is loved! I loved that I only had to bring my clothing, everything else was provided! Kitchen was complete and the baths were ,too! Thank you!

Very nice condo on Sand Key! Impeccably clean, quite and safe location, very near everything you want to do in Clearwater and the surrounding areas. Amy is the BEST! She was very helpful and responded to emails very quickly. We will return and also refer our friends to this amazing condo. God Bless these owners, they are wonderful people!!!
