Location, friendly staff
It could be cleaner. I particularly disliked the towels.

Good location. Clean, safe place.
Owner acomodating, good communication.
Free yummy cup of coffee and piece of pastry in the morning in the nice bonus (would not call it breakfast). Good restaurant across the street. Walking distance to St. Nicholas basilika.
Room us really tiny. Only for sleep.

It was conveniently located and within easy walking distance to the old Town and attractions. Nice bathroom
The room was very small, but I didn't go to Bari to stay in the room.

clean place and clean bathroom
Parking (no clear info about payments), view from balcony (nothing to do with sea view), equipment - no place to hang the towel, to boil water, no glasses (one present was leaking), no cutlery, no single chair, generally poor equipment of the place
