Our stay at Archita Guest House was excellent. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The layout is well organized, with two separate apartments sharing a common kitchen, while each apartment has its own private bathroom, which is a big plus.
The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including toilet paper, shampoos, other useful amenities, and several sets of towels. There is also an extra bed, a dining table, and a large shower cabin with hot water available at all times. The space is bright and airy, with a large terrace and plenty of mirrors, one in the hallway, two in the bedroom, and one in the bathroom. There is also a air conditioning.
We really appreciated the welcoming touches, as the host left snacks and two bottles of water in the room for our arrival. There were also hangers and even a beach umbrella available, which is very convenient during the summer season.
The beach is only a 6–7 minute walk away, and the walk is very pleasant. The city center is about a 25–30 minute walk, but if you walk along the seaside, you hardly notice the distance and can truly enjoy the beautiful sea views. There is a bus stop just one minute away from the accommodation, with buses that go directly to the city center and the central train station. The ticket costs around 1 euro per person.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. We arrived late in the evening on December 31st, just before New Year’s Eve, and he replied immediately to our messages and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants that were open.
Everything was perfect, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended. During the winter, the bathroom can feel a bit colder, as the air conditioning does not fully reach that area. However, this is a matter of personal preference and did not significantly affect our stay.

An overall nice place to stay. Elfio was helpful for an early key handout and early check in. A good value.
Not the Bari Vecchia, obviously. I prefer to walk, which took about half an hour. But buses are available. But then if you're for the beach, then is is perfect.
The shower head was tricky to manage. Not a big issue.
