C'est la première fois que j'arrive en location et que le lit n'est pas fait: canapé-lit pas déplié il a fallu mettre le drap housse, housse de couette... Il y avait des loulous et des traces au sol.

Ce studio est largement confortable avec une belle ambiance et une situation pratique.
Le ventilateur dans la salle de bains fait un bruit exagère, ce qui gâche la belle tranquillité de l'hébergement, puis aucune possibilité de l'éteindre. J'ai bien ordonnée tous mes pas pour entrer la salle de bains un minimum de fois, étant puni chaque foi avec du bruit douloureux. Il n'y avait pas du savon mains ni du gel douche ni du shampoing. Le lit semble qu'un truc bricolé au hasard, très irrégulier sous le corps et ainsi inconfortable partout.

Studio calme et fonctionnel .
La boite noire avec le code d'accès:simple et rapide.L'endroit est très calme et le studio est équipé d'une machine à laver le linge plus un étendoir à linge. La proximité des transports en commun 2 min(ligne 5) et 10 min jusqu'à la place Allard(ligne B ou transport à la demande) On traverse la rue,il y a la boulangerie et à peine à 100 mètres la pizzeria, le séchoir automatique . Le style village ancien,tout en étant à 1km d'une grande ville. Et surtout intéressant pour se rendre au Puy de Dômes avec la navette moovicité.
L'escalier d'entrée pour se rendre au 1er étage est un peu étroit . Le lampadaire public donne directement sur la fenêtre ducoup c'est un peu perturbant quand on est habitué au noir complet.

Dommage peu mieux faire
Le calme . Place de stationnement gratuite proche du logement. Proximité d un magasin Vival. 1 très bon restaurant Créole. 1 bar restaurant où il faut réserver. Et la balade dans cette partie de Royat. Bon Wi-Fi.
L accès étroit et pentu. Le ménage n à pas dû être fait. En effet avons balayé et passé des lingettes. Sol "collant " Un plat était resté dans le freezer du frigo ( lumière en panne). Cafetière n est pas à filtre mais type Melior. Le linge de lit en boule dans le canapé. Trop de lumière nocturne diffusée par 1 lampadaire. 1 rideau occultant eût été plus approprié. Dommage.
