A full floor in a house with a garden.

A full floor with several quaintly decorated rooms in a house shared with very nice and helpful owners in a residential area of Riom. We were able to use a perfectly equipped shared kitchen, a dining room and a garden, park inside the fence. A short walk to the centre, highly recommended for a few nights' stay.

On n a pas envie de rester plus d une nuit, au niveau qualité et prix c est raisonnable mais en refaisant un peu de trav

David est accueillant et bienveillant, disponible pour ces hôtes, lit confortable.

Les équipements vieux, douche et sanitaires un peu moyen, manque de modernité, pourrait faire un minimum de travaux dans la chambre, peinture, enlever le fauteuil troué, extérieur non entretenu c est dommage

Bonne nuit avant de reprendre la route, propriétaire sympa.

Gîte ancien mais propre, le propriétaire est cool, la fonctionnalité de l'établissement est correct, les animaux sont très bien accueillis. Cela et suffisant pour passer une bonne nuit. On reviendra.

Parking un peu réduit, ceci dit ça passe.

De gastheer was vriendelijk.

De tuin was verwilderd. Het huis in vervallen staat. De trap naar boven (stukken uit de muur, behang los). Alles vuil en smerig. Beddengoed gortig vuil. Ik kan niet begrijpen dat deze man kamers mag verhuren in deze toestand (wordt dit niet gecontroleerd). heet leek wel een horrorhuis.

Grâce aux indications claires de David par téléphone, Nous avons pu faire une arrivée autonome tardive La literie est très confortable Très bien pour une escale d’une nuit Bon rapport qualité prix dans la région

La maison (cuisine et salle de bain) méritent un petit coup de propre supplémentaire. Cependant la chambre et la literie étaient propres

J ai aime lla possibilite de promener ma bichonne en toute tranquillite nous faisions de belles promenades. Le uartier est tres agreables.

David est un hote merveilleux tres a l ecoute des besoins. Un homme convivial. Sa maison est un havre de paix. La chambre etait tres grande un lit de princesse ou j ai trouve un sommeil reparateur. J ai sejourne 2 fois chez David avec plaisir y retournerai

Dormir dans une maison de maitre, dans une grande chambre avec un lit vaste et confortable, au calme... et en prime la possibilité d'échanger avec David et passer de bons moments (facultatif!) et tout cela pour un prix mini, c'est ce qui vous attend chez David. A ne pas manquer!

Très agréable

L'accueil de David est très chaleureux et humain. Il est d'un contact agréable et sympathique tout en restant très simple et accessible. La situation est idéale, proche de Riom mais au calme, les chambres sont confortables et la maison très agréable, notamment avec le grand jardin pour boire le café du matin. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Es un alojamiento cómodo, David es muy amable y nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Se puede usar la cocina y el comedor. Y nuestro perro también disfrutó mucho del Jardín. Íbamos de pasada y para nosotros fue suficiente. Relación calidad precio genial.

Somos una familia de 4 y se nos hizo complicado compartir baño con los demás huéspedes. La limpieza ligeramente escasa.
