The accommodation was excellent. You couldn’t find a better location. From the balcony, there was a view of the Old Town and the promenade. The main attractions were nearby- you could practically see them from the window/balcony. Our family was very satisfied. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Gorgeous view from the room, perfect location. The size of the room was perfect for two people and could even host 3 or 4. Loved the kitchenette and rain shower. Renters answered all messages by Whatsapp very quickly.

Keys had to be picked up from another building on the same street, it wasn't far away though. Bed side lamp was broken, also the kitchen lamp was flickering. The pillows were very lumpy and loose, and the extra pillows in the cabinet (which opens by pressing the door, took a moment to learn) had dirty pillowcases on. We informed the renters right away, they came to change the cases but it was strange that before they agreed to come change them they needed photos for proof... The elevator was broken on the last night of our stay, and there were no directions to the stairs - we tried asking the renters office by Whatsapp, they couldn't help and the hotel reception was already closed. Thankfully security was there and kindly helped us.

Location

As per other reviews, check in was not a clean transaction. As per instructions, I left the airport and traveled by taxi straight to address given to collect key, ( not at same address as actual apartment ) to be told that the keys is not kept here it is at the apartment ?. I then walked 10 minuets to apartment to then be told, no the key is at the place you have just left. A little frustrated at this point. Nobody knew what was going on. After 40 mins I asked for an update, to be told sorry the apartment may not be clean. Over an hour later somebody came with the key. Next thing. We had to try and sleep with the windows open as the radiator thermostats had been broken so there was no control over the heating. It was on full all night. I am a heating engineer, I know what I’m talking about. And to end our time at the property, the broken key/coat hook ripped my jacket as I gently brushed past it, so know I need to get it repaired. Lights not working. Skirting boards in need of repair. All simple fixes guys but not at other people’s time and expense.
