About this apartment rental
This beautiful holiday apartment Lily is located in a central but quiet area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, only a 10-minute walk from the centre and the ski slopes (1,5 km). The cosy living room with a corner couch and a Smart-TV offers a wonderful view of the garden. In the alpine-style bedroom there is an extra wide double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious closet and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher and the daylight bathroom has a bathtub with a shower device. The property can therefore accommodate 2 people. Furthermore, the also includes Wi-Fi. The large, private covered terrace, with a view of the mountain "Kramer", has an open fireplace and a dining area where you can enjoy cosy evenings. You also have access to a beautiful garden with comfortable sun loungers. Just a 4-minute walk from the accommodation (300 m), there is a supermarket and a restaurant. The footpath along the Loisacherufer invites you to enjoy a long, scenic walk.

The positives- the location was very nice. Close to the bus stop, easy walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact.
The negatives- the house was so over decorated for Christmas, the towels were shabby and need to be replaced, the bed pillows were so lumpy.
The property is nice, just needs to be updated.

Pros: Die Wohnung war wirklich schön eingerichtet, extra Weihnachtsdeko zur Weihnachtszeit. Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und alle Fragen gerne beantwortet. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war auch unkompliziert. Alles wunderbar!
Tankstelle 100m weiter, EDEKA und Norma in ca. 400m Entfernung und die Bushaltestelle erreicht man auch innerhalb weniger Minuten. Der Bus ist dank der Gästekarte im Ort auch kostenlos nutzbar.

Cons: Die möglichkeit teure MTB/Fahrräder sicher ab-/einzustellen, sollte verbessert werden. Dann wäre die Wohnung für alle Biker zu empfehlen.
