The Katharinenhof holiday apartments are located in a pretty house with large lattice windows and a breathtaking view of the mountains in the middle of the well-known German ski resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The 45 m² apartment "Alpspitz" can accommodate 3 people and is located on the 1st floor of the building. With its high-quality pine wood furnishings, it radiates a cosy atmosphere. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a dining area and a well-equipped American kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom (with a shower and a corner bathtub). The family-friendly accommodation's amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and Sky. A washing machine, a baby cot, a children's bed and a high chair can be provided if requested in advance. Access the furnished, private balcony from the living room and enjoy a tasty breakfast on sunny days or unwind while admiring the snow-capped peaks. The absolute highlight of the apartment is its exceptional location, which offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. Countless hiking routes with alpine pastures and mountain, where you can take a break as well as downhill runs for winter sports enthusiasts are in the immediate vicinity and are waiting to be explored. The Kreuzeck cable car, Alpspitz cable car (2.2 km or a 4-minute drive) or the Hausberg cable car (2.4 km or a 6-minute drive) take you to unforgettable viewpoints and slopes - enjoy the clear view over the snow-covered wonderland in winter and the lush green meadows in summer. The Riessersee lake with its beach, restaurant and café is 2.4 km away. Close to the accommodation you will also find a small selection of restaurants (250 m) and supermarkets (650 m).

This was a great location within walking distance of shopping, eating and great hiking. Loved that we could enjoy a cool Radler from the bistro below the apartment and a bath to soak sore muscles after a long day of hiking.
We would stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Großes Tagelichtbad und getrennte Toilette. Sehr sauber. Die offene Küche lässt das alles geräumig erscheinen.
Was wir nicht wussten, ist dass eine Sportsbar unter der Wohnung ist. Im Normalfall hörte man da nicht viel. Allerdings war ein Championsleaguespiel und das war dann noch sehr laut.
Die Lage zu den Liften ist optimal ca. 4 Minuten mit dem Auto. Allerdings gilt auch hier, dass sich die Wohnung an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße befindet und man darf nicht empfindlich gegenüber Straßenlärm sein.
