The guest house is located on the site of former brickworks, which produced bricks until the end of the 19th Century. It is situated amid the characteristic and impressive landscape of the Maremma Toscana in the town of Castiglione della Pescaia. You can reach the beach of Bivio delle Rocchette, only approximately 1 km away. This beach offers both gravel and sand, and can vie with the beauty of the Costa Smerelda thanks to its crystal clear sea.
The holiday home has four separate apartments, three of which have direct access to the green, sunny garden. All apartments are furnished with great care and attention to detail, and combine style, functionality and aesthetics together. The wooden beams and sloping ceilings characterise the apartments and give them a pleasant, homely atmosphere. The partly antique furniture creates a picture of elegance and serenity.
The beautiful garden terrace is ideal for relaxing on during clear summer days and to get some sun.
The building is surrounded by unspoiled countryside. The view over the hills, fields and pine forests is pleasing to the eye and to the soul.

The charming and characteristic flat offers approximately 50 square metres of living space on the ground floor. In the spacious living and dining room you will find a colour TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. There are also two bedrooms with charming details, such as exposed ceiling beams, terracotta floors and antique furniture, such as finely restored old coffers and beds with wrought-iron headboards. The flat also has a large bathroom with shower.
The flat offers direct access to the garden from both sides and is sunny all day long. A veranda furnished with tables and chairs allows outdoor dining, while comfortable deck chairs invite you to sunbathe in the garden.
