As a group of four friends we spent a week in the beautiful accommodation. Everyone had enough space for themselves and it was wonderful to sit outside on the beautiful terrace under the pine trees in the evening.
The accommodation offers everything you need and the location is just perfect. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area, but you can reach the beach in 5 minutes and can be in the nearby town in 20 minutes on foot or a few minutes by car where you also have shopping facilities.
Alessandro is a very kind and helpful host with whom we were able to communicate despite the language barrier. He recommended a pizzaria to us where we ate the best pizza of our lives.

Our stay at Alessandros property was simply perfect. We were a big family (8 adults and 4 small children) and there was enough space for us to be in the house. Location is top (5min walking to the beach) and very close to the city/village (5min by car, easily managable also by foot) for e.g. restaurant visits and/or souvenir shopping.
We can highly recommend this accomodation!

Nice little house with well-groomed garden in a very quiet living area. Beautiful beach is close, 10 min walking distance. Great MTB trails can be reached directly from the house w/o the need of shuttling the bikes around. Alessandro, our host, is very friendly and helped us around with recommendations throughout our stay. Bicycles (3) are available for cruising the wide and gorgeous beach promenade of Castiglione and reach into the city. We stayed in the house with 9 people, which is possible but cosy.

sehr schön gelegenes Reihenhaus mit schönem Garten. Der Garten ist durch eine Hecke geschützt, was eine optimale Privatsphäre bietet. Das Haus hat grundsätzlich alles zu bieten, was mas man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Der Strand ist zu Fuss erreichbar (ca. 3 Minuten). Die schöne Stadt kann in knapp 20 Minuten erreicht werden (schöner Spatziergang). Zudem ist die Gegend toll für für Wanderausflüge.
Einziger etwas negativer Punkt: Der Nachbar hat einen Hund der gerne bellt :)
Der Vermieter ist sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Einfach nur toll. Danke Alessandro.
Wir kommen wieder :)
