Good short term accommodation, great location and central

A bit noisy and intrusive neighbours and I don't like these remote check ins

Ideal location or the purpose of my trip (attend the local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses). And convenient for an evening stroll in the neighborhood where good eateries are to be found,

I was taken aback by the property insisting on immediate up front payment before confirming the reservation. There was perhaps a glitch in the payment mechanism. I was asked to enter all my credit card information on the booking page, but it somehow did not get processed. I was advised that the room was canceled. A few weeks later I tied again and the same thing happened. Eventually several days later my bank account was deducted using an unheard of app and not specifying the reason for the charge. After some sleuth work I saw the amount was that for the room. Later Booking Com sent me an email finally confirming that the room was reserved. No big deal, but a departure from the former way in which the credit card information was enough to lock in the room, with the payment settled after arrival at the property. I was afraid of a scam. But it all worked out. Thank you.

Decent studio and good price, fantastic street

Vì họ không có lễ tân nên quản lý rất chặc bằng camera kèm những quy định và hình phạt. Ví dụ quy định phạt 1,5 triệu nếu họ kiểm tra phòng thấy số người nhiều hơn đăng ký hoặc khác số CCCD đăng ký, phạt 2 triệu nếu quên đóng cửa, phí phạt mất thẻ cũng cao hơn những khách sạn khác. Vì mình hay đãng trí nên khi đọc tin nhắn dài các quy định cảm thấy khá áp lực) - Phòng hoàn toàn không cách âm, đứng bên ngoài còn nghe rõ bên trong đang xem chương trình gì trên điện thoại.
