Tastefully arranged studio in the inner courtyard of a residence ,isolated from the street, with all necessary confort.Located 5 min. walk from Manzoni metro station, easy to find.We appreciated Mr.Nestor"s concern to provide all necessary in the small kitchen and in all spaces- even umbrellas.He provided us a lot of practical information concerning supermarkets, restaurants, tourist attractions.

Someone met us to hand over the keys and explained the use of appliances, etc, and also provided useful tips about restaurants and transportation in the area and even helped carry bags upstairs to the apartment, very much appreciated. All appliances work; the kitchen is well equipped; comfortable bed, shower works well but may be a bit small for larger people. Neighborhood is safe even at night. Close to train, subway stations and bus stops. Coliseum and the Roman Forum are within walking distance.

The internet router is outside and too far from the apartment (#4), the weak WiFi signal did not reach all areas inside the apartment. We had to use a prepaid cell service for WiFi but they did reimburse us for that expense. The person in charge said they would add repeaters so this may or may not have been resolved. They also need to set rules regarding quiet hours as noisy neighbors in adjoining apartment (#5) made for some sleepless nights. Some people are not very considerate with their neighbors.

Nestor y su nieto son muy atentos y eficientes. Nos dio informacion sobre la ciudad. El apartamento esta muy bien situado cerca del metro en linea principal de Roma y a 12 minutos andando del Coliseo. Limpio y seguro. Todo muy bien. Recomendable.
