Just what we needed.

Very close to the town centre, easy to find, nice and clean, great shower. Nice and warm ( had to turn down the stat ).

Exceptional place to stay

The Malt House is a delightful, clean and well equipped property. It is very good value for money & was a lovely place to say while visiting local family. We will recommend it to other visitors

The heating timer could do with adjusting - it came on really early and went off early too. Also the neighbours at the back had a very noisy and late outdoor party my first night - I suspect the front bedroom would be quieter!

The house was very clean, close to the town we’ll definitely stay again

It was very clean, tidy and we had plenty of towels. It was also very warm, cosy and comfortable. The showers were lovely and everything was easy to use with a detailed guide on how to use all appliances. would definitely stay again !

I have only good things to say about the property and I would definitely book the Malt House again if we are going back to Newmarket.

August Bank Holiday Stay

Great location with designated parking and lots of amenities / entertainment close by. The house was impeccably clean and tidy with good facilities. Owner was helpful and checked in during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything further. All together a brilliant property and customer service experience.

It's was in a quiet location but close enough to town to walk too. The house was spotless and very well furnished. Nice enclosed garden with patio furniture so you could have food and a drink outside if the weather is nice and a TV in each bedroom which was a bonus.

The garden in which to enjoy the sunshine Parking for 2 cars in front of the house 10 mins walk into Newmarket Easy access to A14 and to other nearby towns 2 bedrooms with either double or single beds according to the guest's requirements
