Newly renovated apartment with a perfect location on the Paseo de los Baños in Castelldefels.
It is a house that is on the first floor by stairs a few meters from the beach with all the equipment.
Recently renovated it has an open living room - dining room with two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses separated from the day area so that rest is guaranteed.
Ideal accommodation for a trip with friends, couples or families with two children.

The apartment is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave, television, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron, hair dryer and free wifi.
It is located a few minutes from the Castelldefels beach train station that takes you to the center of Barcelona in about 20 minutes. There are also bus stops to go into town one block away.
Busy area with supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and all facilities, as well as some of the most popular restaurants in the area and I will be delighted to recommend you ..
Very well connected with public transport only 15 minutes from Barcelona airport and 25 minutes from Barcelona City. We have tourist information on Castelldefels and Barcelona and transfer services.
You must present identity documents upon arrival at the apartment. In order to comply with current regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the regional police portal, we must take photos of the identity documents of each guest. I hope it is not a big inconvenience!Remember also on arrival you have to pay the municipal tourist tax € 2.5 per person per night has to attach with the documentation for the police.

Since I am not always in the city, my employees will help you. We have prepared for you maps of Barcelona with a detailed explanation of what you can do while you are here. We recommend the occasional restaurant in the neighborhood that we like and where we eat well. We will also explain where you can shop, how to get around the city. We will try to answer all your questions. We speak Spanish, Catalan, English and they also understand French and Italian.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful and clean. We really appreciated all the amenities including the A/C as well as the washing machine. Our clothes dried nicely overnight on the clothing rack. The apartment is above a bar so there was music and people talking and laughing downstairs until 1 or 2am every night but it wasn’t a big problem for us. We were still able to sleep for the most part.
