Good location, room big enough

Really basic, there was one small peace of shampoo for 4 days 2 people.

The location was great, room clean and beds comfortable. I liked the split level, and the roof garden was fab. It was a nice apartment. Was very clean and well lit, door when figured out worked well. Lots of available eats available through Uber even arriving late.

I arrived and struggled with the entrance. when I called the number for the sister property where reception was the man on reception was very rude. I asked in Spanish if they spoke English as my Spanish is not great they said "NO ONLY CATALAN AND SPANISH". I am cool with that but it is a tourist destination and I would think they would be more polite..... I said okay and tried to use what I did know to explain what I needed - which was instruction to enter the property. He didn't even want to try and help navigate and it became very difficult as he was quite rude and just sounded pissed off. Later when I was in I walked down still within the supposed opening hours as I had forgotten a charger only to find that despite being told reception was available it was closed. I also was disappointed to arrive and nothing not even water had been left and no where were there any instructions- including no welcome notes, or instruction for wi-fi. Another very complicated and abrupt call with the reception. I have to say this is my second visit and I have found disappointingly a definite feeling of instant dislike to English. Which is a shame.

Got apartement better than expected, great location. Heating was also great - something you aren't expecting to have at winter in Barcelona. Can recommend it.

Checking in online is very boring procedure and has some issues. Just this.

Very close to the beach. Pool was a bonus.

You have to register and pick up the keys at one location and walk, with all your luggage, 20-25 mins to the actual apartment! It was quite ridiculous! Maybe I missed seeing this in the write-up but in this day and age there are better ways to manage rental suites. Also, the gate into the complex was broken, and had been for a long time, making me feel unsafe. And one more irritant, the tv remote did not work and I wasn't walking back to the office for a remote.
