POOL BBQ APARTMENT in CASTELLDEFELS:
Apartment with pool and communal area at only 5 minutes walk from the beach of Castelldefels. Ideal accommodation to combine with your visit to Barcelona.
DISTRIBUTION:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and big and nice terrace with furniture to enjoy your meals and moments of relaxation.
- Swimming pool in communal area
- Large communal area with play area for children, billiards, tennis and its most attractive, Barbecue area.
- Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.
It has capacity for sleeping up to 5 people on high quality mattresses, with the following distribution:
- Bedroom with double bed.
- Bedroom with 2 large single beds.
- Bedroom with 1 single bed.
We have cots for babies and high, on request and with extra cost of 30 euros for the total stay chair.

Located just 5 minutes walking from the beach, in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Castelldefels. It is highly recommended to enjoy the 5 km of seafront that Castelldefels offers you, where you can enjoy pleasant walks, cycling, rollerblading, incredible food in its good restaurants and bars from where to contemplate its beautiful sunsets.

- The nearest airports are Barcelona at 6km, and Girona at 100km.
It will be a pleasure to suggest the best option, depending on your arrival time, your place of departure, if there are children, etc. Do not hesitate to ask us
HOUSES RULES:
- On arrival, must be paid the tourist tax of 1,75 € per adult, per night, up to 7 nights. All children under 16 years are exempt.
- It is important to comply with and respect the rules of coexistence, especially in the common areas, respecting the rest of the neighbors.
- Electricity is included in the price, within the normal parameters of use, as you do in your home. Depending on the property, we set a limit of kw. If you do a normal use, not letting on, the AC when you leave the house, and of course, not leaving windows open with the AC on, etc .... you will have kw enough without having to pay extra.
- It is not allowed access pets
- It is not allowed to smoke.
- No parties allowed.
- We recommend that a few days before arrival, contact us to arrange arrival time.
- Officially arrival time is 15:00, and the check-out at 11:00. Depending on availability, we can have some flexibility in this.
Late check-in later 21h - 30 euros
Late check-in later 24h – 60euros
Depending availability:
Early check-in before 12:00 a.m. - 30 euros
Late check-out after 12:00 until 19:00 - 10 euros / hour of excess.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is not only to cover breakages.
To avoid problems with the return of the deposit, you should consider:
- Respect absolutely, all the rules of the house and the community.
- It is not allowed to stay more people than those indicated in the reservation.
- In the case of visits during the day, never exceed 50% of employment.
- For an issue of hygiene, it is compulsory the use of sheets. If you decide to bring a sleeping bag, you must also bring, bottom sheet and pillow case. If it is detected that has fallen asleep without protecting the mattress and pillow, or has been asleep on the covers, it is deducted from the deposit an extra cost of cleaning.
- Blankets and duvet should never be left thrown on the ground of the cabinets. When not used should be left folded in the closet.
- The property must be left in the same conditions of order found on arrival.
- Cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc ... must remain in the same places as the day of arrival. Always unified.
- Cleaning paid with the reservation does not include throwing garbage, clean dirty dishes, throw food scraps, etc
- The use of the pool table requires an additional deposit of €500

This place was great. The beaches are a couple of blocks away and the sun never sets because it rises on the beach and sets on the beach - really cool specially for a Florida boy. It's a bit tighter that the pictures show, but that it is to be expected in Europe. There are no ACs in the second and third bedroom, but the kids dealt. Overall nice place.

Outstanding facility and location. Can't recommend this enough. Easy walking distance to the beach and access to the city using an excellent bus service outside the front door. Wished we had a longer stay

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped it has a spacious balcony and we enjoyed sitting out every evening.The grounds are well maintained. We made plenty of use of the pool. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach in Castelldefels there are lots of restaurants and bars along the sea front to choose from. Bus to centre of Barcelona is just across the street from the apartment. Great communication from the hosts, Thank you!

Apartamento acogedor perfecto para pasar una estancia vacacional. Tiene todo lo necesario y está muy bien acondicionado. Cercano a la costa que por cierto, es preciosa. Transporte público cercano para trasladarse a Barcelona. Y sobretodo un trato genial por parte de los dueños, muy atentos para que disfrutáramos de una perfecta estancia. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.
