Great location and facilities

Bathroom door needed fixing and towels needed changing a little more often

Location was perfect. Super close to the train station (like 4 stops to Barcelona), close to the beach, the town itself has plenty going on, lots of good bars, restaurants, shops. The beach was incredible. I was able to get into my room earlier than anticipated too. Pool and facilities were all on point. Even though there was a lot going on in town, there was no noise pollution or being kept awake at night.

With the keys being automated via app, I worried a lot about my phone dying, but on arrival there were also backup keycards for the property in case that happened, so those fears were negated.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and everything was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really appreciated that even the towels were changed during our stay. The location is very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport stops nearby. The town is quiet, safe, and clean. The beach is only about 15 minutes away by bus, which was very convenient. There is also a train to Barcelona, which takes around 30 minutes. There are night buses from Barcelona as well, and the bus stop is right near the apartments, which makes getting around very convenient.

The only downside for us was that we booked a room without a balcony, so there was limited space to dry our clothes.

We chose this property for its location to our family living in Castelldefels. Previously we had stayed in other nearby locations, but felt the self-catering and washing machine facilities available at the Art studios, would make it a good choice.

Access to the property - All information is accessible only once an App has been downloaded. In our case, the internet connection failed. Consequently, it took nearly two hours before we were able to gain access. This resulted in us missing valuable meal time with our family. We were given support via the phone. However, having driven for over 7 hours, being unable to park our car less than a 20 minute walk to the property, and endure stressful phone conversations - we were at our wits end. Remote access only access is not acceptable. Parking - be aware, it is not possible to park near to the property. We were spending a week at the Art studios, so had heavy bags to carry. which was another issue. Most folk of our age could not have managed. Equipment: Kitchen- although the property has saucepans and utensils, it was not possible to cook a meal as there was insufficient bowls for storing/serving food. Washing - to charge to use the machine and not provide soap powder/liquid, is not an acceptable. The clothes airer was useless for a machine full of washing. Consequently we used our families facilities instead. Bedroom - insufficient hangers, no mirror. Window could not be locked. Swimming pool - this is restricted to six people at a time. Two people was adequated. It is VERY small. Sofa cushions remained in the stairwell, all week. Finally, why call them Art apartments? There is no art of any kind,
