The location was great, 5 mins to the beach. The house was spacious and well equipped it was light bright and sunny
Because it's on the main road to the beach it was noisy, The house was in great condition but the floors were dirty.

nice location close to the beach. enough room for the big family, good price.
property really need more care and maintenance. At the arrival there was even enough drinkware or essentials for the bathrooms. This is a beach property but there was nothing provided for the beach, not even a beach chair or towel. AC on the second floor hardly worked. There is no outside shower or any form of water hose to cleanup after the beach and with recent closure of the beach showers its a problem. Garage in the basement is tiny and very narrow, do not rent any car larger than medium size, you will have problem parking in and out. Host doesnt speak english, communications were very challenging.
