About this chalet rental
The LA FERME DU FAY vacation rental is located on the first floor of a large, renovated farmhouse in the very quiet hamlet of Le Fay, 1 km from the center of the village of Sixt Fer A Cheval.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with double beds (+ a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people—please note that the sofa does not offer the comfort of a cozy bed...).
The 6–8-person cottage consists of two separate areas, allowing it to accommodate two families, each of whom can enjoy their own privacy if they wish (one area for 6 people + one area for 2–3 people).
A spacious dining and living area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather (the table seats up to 10 people!!).
The property is located 200 m from the cross-country ski trails and 500 m from the downhill ski slopes in Sixt (an ideal learning area for children and beginners). For those looking for a large ski area, the village of Sixt is 5 km from Samoëns and the Grand Massif Express; free shuttles take you to the Samoëns Grand Massif ski area.
65 km from Chamonix Mont Blanc. 60 km from Geneva. Numerous hiking trails, accessible in both summer and winter, begin just 150 m from the house. A large garden, a spacious terrace, and private parking are available free of charge.

Emmanuelle était là quand nous sommes arrivés après un long voyage, et était très accueillante ! Le chalet était parfait pour nous en tant que groupe et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Location spacieuse avec séparation pour deux familles.
Tout y est! A 5 minutes des remontées de ski de Samoens. Belles balades à faire autour. Gentillesse d'Emmanuelle, la propriétaire, qui nous a bien conseillée.

on pensait disposer de la maison toute entière lorsque nous avons loué (erreur d'abritel dans la présentation du bien) mais finalement les 2 appartements correspondaient bien à la description de l'annonce. Nous avons eu de la chance avec le temps et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La propriétaire était à notre écoute et nous n'avons jamais été déçu de ce qu'elle nous a proposé (restaurants, lieux à visiter, ...)
