Good location

Price looked fine at booking, afterwards we were told we had to pay for bedding and towels. They then charged us to clean after we’d left. Apartment was very small and tired.

Comfortable and easy

Great location and views from appartement. Close to shops and veniculer to the bottom was really useful. 10 min walk in ski boots to the ski lift, but you can get a bus right outside appartements.

Great location, but apartment in poor condition

The location was great, not far away from the ski area and from the ESF were the ski learnt to ski with very friendly teachers. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. A small kit with sponges + cleaning products was provided.

The apartment was very old and not cleaned properly. Some dishes weren't washed properly. The oven was so disgusting that we didn't use it. One duvet was stained and the kids mattress covers covered in stains and dust. Strong smell of wee in the bathroom/toilet. Poor sound insulation and noisy neighbors. We were woken two nights by people partying, once at 4am and the other at 2am. We mentioned it at the rental agency. They didn't seemed surprised, not even apologized or had a friendly words. They just told us to call the police. We rent towels + bed sheets and one of the duvet cover had a big hole in it.

Amenities nearby, i.e ski hire/supermarket/vernicular to lower levels. Short walk to slopes.

General smell on apartment level was not pleasant (sewage) and in apartment toilet and bathroom due to drainage/sewage smells escaping into the apartment. Did not like the fact the ski locker light was not automatic on entry.

Enjoyed my stay

Apartment managed by Flaine Immobilier who direct you to their website when you book, easy to log in and lots of info there. Staff super friendly and helpful when you arrive. Definitely a budget apartment but the price reflected that so if you've got low expectation you'd be fine; well enough equipped for self catering. Would be cramped with more than two people. Location nice with good views, quiet, 200m walk from slopes so you can carry your gear or rent a heated ski locker at foot of slopes. Wifi is extra but works very well. The resort is car free and car parking costs money wherever you park. The apartment has the option of covered parking for little more than it would cost in an outdoor car park.

Presque parfait

Une superbe vue, un appartement parfaitement situé, très bien équipé, et facile d'accès. Le parking gratuit en été est un vrai plus. Environ 80 € par nuit, ce qui est un très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce genre d'appartement

L'odeur de cigarette omniprésente dans les couloirs, ce qui est très agréable. Le ménage très approximatif de l'appartement, avec beaucoup de cheveux de poils retrouvés, que ce soit dans les toilettes ou dans la salle de bain.
