Clean, functional accommodation

Nice property- 15 minute walk from the centre of Samoens

Lots of unnecessary kitchen utensils but didn’t have basics such as a smaller, medium saucepan- lots of huge pans. No bread knife or cheese grater. Would benefit from a standing shower.

Good size apartment for a family of five. Warm, great shower, kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs. Location was pretty good and easy parking outside.

Lack of clear information. You have to pay extra if you want towels and bedding. The bedding you pay for is only sheets and there are no duvets provided. There is no WiFi. It would have been useful to have an information sheet to explain about the cleaning requirements, where the bins are etc. We weren't told that there was ski storage until we received a complaint that we were carrying ski equipment up the stairs.

Good

The location was perfect (close to the center, small supermarket just round the corner and close to bus stop for shuttles to different hikes starting points), basic appliances are available (kettle, toaster, coffee machine), the view on the mountain is very nice. The lady from the agency was flexible enough on the timing to give the keys. There is a balcony (although unfortunately no chairs or table).

The sofa bed was OK (although a bit hard to fold), the bunk beds were way too soft and not very comfortable. The street is surprisingly noisy with traffic, and there is no space to put your clothes. Reading other people reviews, and from a doubt I had upon arrival, it should be noted (it's in the name though) that they are handling multiple residences, so when you book the location is the agency's, the flats can be very different and it's not really clear what you will get. Maybe calling the agency upon booking could be helpful.

Simple accommodation with parking immediately next to the property, for a reasonable price. It was well placed for the town centre, the ski bus and gondola

The property was relatively inexpensive for half term week, however it was quite dated and would have benefitted from a little bit of updating. I would expect this even for the cost

A greta location in a lovely resort. Warm and comfortable.

A washing machine rather than a dishwasher would have been more useful. Being advised in advance what size the beds would be would have been helpful - I did ask but didn't receive a reply so consequently didn't have the right size bedding for the sofa bed (I didn't know if it would be a sofa bed or bunkbeds).

Studio bien agencé et pratique, bien situé. Literie confortable. Très bon accueil à l’agence.

Salle de bain un peu vieillotte, mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Le salon est vite encombré quand on vient pour des vacances l’hiver car pas très grand.

Découverte de Samoëns

Les literies étaient très confortables. La vaisselle est très jolie et suffisante. Les petites fenêtres de la mezzanine pas très pratique avec les rideaux et ouvertes sur le lit dangereux.

Toilettes très étroites mais on s'y fait 😀. Les luminaires ont des ampoules jaunes donc c'est assez sombre, dommage.

Beaucoup de bruit le soir, on nous dit de ne pas faire de bruit alors que du mardi au vendredi de 22h à 3h-4h du matin il y avait du bruit et de la musique à fond

Séjour agréable et reposant dans une résidence calme

Correspond parfaitement à nos attentes. Le logement est très bien équipé, rien ne manque !!!! Très propre, bien refait, modernisé, avec un grand balcon et une belle vue sur la montagne. Parking privatif, A moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, navette pour les remontées dès la sortie de la résidence. Correspond vraiment à ce qu'on attend d'un appartement en montagne. L'état des lieux est assez méticuleux, ce qui permet en contrepartie d'avoir un appartement propre et bien équipé !

Le seul point nous concernant est le ballon d'eau chaude est un peu juste. L'autre point ne concerne pas cet appartement qui correspond à ce qu'on attendait mais plutôt concernant la notation qui regroupe un ensemble de plusieurs appartements. Ma note vaut uniquement pour cet appartement et pas les autres.
