Дуже сподобалось розташування. В помешканні є все необхідне для комфортного проживання.
Були деякі нюанси при заселенні, однак вони кардинально не вплинули на враження.

Розташування хороше, вхід через ресторан "Хачапурі і вино". Зі мною з'язалися, пояснили як дістатись в апартаменти та як забрати ключі. Апартаменти світлі та затишні. Все було чисто, є весь посуд для приготування їжі. Також є засоби для особистої гігієни. Є балкон, вид був на сусідню будівлю. Ліжко дуже зручне, спалося чудово.
Підлога біля виходу на балкон була вздута, тому балкон відкривався досить важко. Ключі я отримувала безконтактно - зі скриньки з кодовим замком. Це зручно, але особисто мені було трохи складно відкрити скриньку через нарощені нігті :) Раніше таких труднощів не виникало. Ліфт виглядає трохи моторошно, хоча це, питання до будівлі, а не конкретно апартаментів.

New apartment with no "testing" prior to arrival.
This Apartment is brand new however the Owner did not test the new updates prior to renting it out. Arrived & NO HEAT. Owner brought heater over & it worked but this should have been tested, before I arrived. Shower pan leaked very bad. Told owner with no response and no reply meant he didn't care!
