Lovely peaceful location outside of the old town but close enough to the old town.

The location was convenient for the supermarket and surprisingly quiet. Lovely balcony for watching the sunsets. The flat has great views of the surrounding hills and mountains.

The flat doesn’t have an oven but with all the fresh produce available in the supermarket and local markets, didn’t miss it.

Small thing but a fan or something would have been nice for when it gets warm. I survived just fine without it, but I could imagine on a hot day I'd appreciate it.

Tiny property. Ideal for a couple but simply too small for a family. No air conditioning, and in the very hot conditions, needed to keep windows and shutters closed, so difficult to sleep.

We initially lost our booking due to problems beyond our control and had to pay 100E extra to rebook it a day later. disappointed in this since the booking had been confirmed at least 6 months earlier.

Exceptional

The flat is extremely clean, very well equipped, and very central. It's inside a big apartment block, literally 2 minutes away from Annecy's centre. It looks like the apartment has been recently renovated: all the appliances and the furniture are brand new. I can only recommend staying here. The owners were also very kind and available: they sent me clear directions (both to the flat and to where to collect the keys) and made sure that we are having a good time and that everything was fine.

loved the location. A short walk down the hill and you are right in Old Town. From there you can walk everywhere!! The apartment was well equipped, very clean and has washer and dryer all in one. highly recommend!!

Perfect basecamp to explore Annecy

My family stayed in Alexandre’s house for 3 nights. Firstly, the location is perfect to access old town of Annecy. We especially loved riding bicycles along the lake of Annecy. The bicycle rent shop is also near from the house. Also, we were able to find all equipments we needed, including a washing machine, coffee machine, safe parking garage, and table for my laptop. The house was newly renovated and super clean…! I would definitely recommend this house to the visitors of Annecy! Oh, finally, Alexandre is a kind and responsive host. We were so much comfortable with him :)

Great location, good value and wonderful host

recently renovated, very clean. Most suitable for a couple but our party of 3 were comfortable (using a sofa bed). The kitchen is small but well appointed and there is a washer-dryer in the bathroom. Alexandre, our host, communicated regularly and was flexible about arrival and departure times. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes from the centre of the old town (although with a short steep hill to negotiate).

Inside the apartment everything was really good. It was clean and modern. Good cooking utensils and a coffee machine (including coffee capsules). Spare towels and blankets. Really nice. Private parking with own parking space, though quite a tight space. Excellent location, just 200m walk from the old town. Apartment also easy to access with own car, not needing to go to the inner city center traffic.

Some people living in the same building were smoking inside the hallways of the building, and the smoke came inside to the apartment. We noticed this on two consecutive nights, even waking up because of the smell. There was really an awful smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, so we had to open the windows in the middle of the night to get some clean air inside, but still the smell sticked and also got into our clothes.

Locatie! Het appartement zelf was ook erg fijn, compact maar goed en praktisch ingedeeld en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Gratis parkeerplek op locatie was ook fijn voor ons.

Bij aankomst was de eigenaar lastig te bereiken, maar eenmaal te pakken verliep de communicatie prettig. Verder paar kleine dingen; het water in de douche loopt niet goed weg en we hadden geen instructies over afvalscheiden gekregen. Maar verder top!

Tout était parfait. Bien équipé et surtout emplacement au top car à 200 mètres de la vieille ville et du lac. Et le petit plus, parking couvert pour le véhicule, qui lui ne bouge pas.
