Perfect location.
Lacked a view. On site parking only suitable for small car. Had to pay for parking.. some small running repairs needed. Could do with couple small side tables in lounge to put cups/glasses on.

Location was great for being central.
The sofa was absolutely filthy not pleasant.
The parking spot was only possible to get in an out of as there was only one car in the space opposite otherwise we would not have left st ives and considering most beaches in the area do not allow dogs all day this would have caused issues.
Very overpriced for the quality of facilities but appreciate peak season and in centre of st ives.
