The property looks quite plain and small from the outside, but the apartments either have or are being renovated. Our apartment had been renovated. Everything was clean, bright and airy. This has everything you need if you are staying on a self catering holiday, even a washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable and there is a modern sofa bed. All the facilites were new, and nicely decorated. Ony two streets from the beach. It's at the top end of the strip, but was really quiet so we had a good nights sleep. The owner does not allow large groups, Stag or hen parties. There is a One hundred euros damage deposit payable to the owner on arrival. So long as there is no damage that will be returned to you on your departure. When you have finshed your stay the checkout is at 11am, but if you have a car and wanted to stay for the remainder of the day you can park just round the corner in an underground car park under the casino (one street from the beach) The price is very reasonable.

There was no balcony but it had a sea view from the living room. The property exceeded our expectation. We will definately stay here again.
