This rental was a budget-friendly option for a great location. The unit was clean and offered great space for 6+ people in beds. I was faced with not being sure how many family members would be joining us so it was a good option. We ended up with 4 but had space for more if needed without breaking the bank. Could walk everywhere and the beach access was wonderful! Condo could have had a few more things in the kitchen like dish soap, salt and pepper, paper towel, and Keurig. There's the issue of humidity so a dehumidifier would help - or use damp rid?

This is a fantastic property and probably our favorite spot so far in HHI. The communication was second to none with the property management and renter. The staff was phenomenal and friendly and always ready to help. Onsite laundry is clean.
The walk to the beach is short and having the beach front pool is great. The drinks at the attached bar were great. With this being close to the end of the public beach access, the beach seemed less crowded and we had lots of families nearby - so it wasn't a party atmosphere, but still lots of fun.
Being so close to Coligny Plaza made it so we really didn't need to drive anywhere all week - our bikes were enough to get to any place (Side Hustle, Sea Shack, and Hilton Head Ice Cream are a must).
This is my first trip to HHI without seeing a single palmetto bug at my property! While we never see them inside, for a family from up north, seeing them against buildings, sidewalks, etc near our place is creepy, but nota single one this year!
I will definitely be looking to stay here again.
