View of the landscape, localisation easy to reach Trogir or Split, huge parking area, outdoor table and garden
Difficult to find with the GPS (from one direction), proximity of a main road with high speed vehicules, water shortage (not only for the house), bedroom difficult to cool.

A bit close to the main-road. In the house it was hardly noticeable but outside the trafic was a bit busy at times
