Our stay in the villa was so lovely. The villa is in the countryside but just 10 minutes drive (or by bus) from Trogir. The kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and gorgeous pool and area around it are all brand new and perfect. There is also another older style kitchen with traditional barbecue oven. All facilities are excellent. The view out over fields and mountains is beautiful. The house is surrounded by olive trees and shaded by vines, with a garden with tomatoes, fresh herbs, onions, parsley, rosemary and lots more, all of which we were free to use. Karla the owner is so nice and was very responsive to help with anything. Her parents Ivan and Ivanka cooked us the most amazing meal- fish, lots of different meats all grilled, with lots of delicious salads, with sherry and olive oil also homemade! And they are so nice, just lovely people. We loved the tranquility of the villa but also that we could have dinner in Trogir or swim from any of the beaches on the mainland or on Ciovo. At night, swimming in the private pool and gazing at the stars in the dark sky was so beautiful. The house is really well equipped, with all toiletries, hairdryer, WiFi, towels, a really good TV with all channels. The air conditioning is good but only in the main room, but we were able to cool the bedrooms by keeping doors open, and the house is cool anyway with windows open. All in all this was a wonderful stay that we won’t forget.
We loved it. If you like tranquility and nature and lovely Croatian people, you’ll love it. The drive to Trogir is short but steep. There is a bus stop just outside the villa if you prefer that.
