Vila Vitis exceeded our expectations, we had a great vacation. The location is perfect, there are no neighbors around. Thanks to Josip who took care of everything. And for the delicious dinner he prepared for us. I recommend this vila!!!

HOST: First of all our host JOSIP was the one you dream to have as a host. He picked us up in the airport, arranged second taxi, filled the fridge with some food and drinks as refreshment and than managed all of our wishes (like boat rental, food delivery, extra stuff for us to entertain in the villa). VILLA: Villa is simply great! It’s brand new, equiped by everything you could imagine. Kitchen fully equiped including spices and those little things you are glad you dont have to buy in a store. Right next to the main building, you can find the gardenhouse where you can play games, music, do your BBQ on the brand new grill or just chill by the fireplace and do not disturb for example kids sleeping in the main house. POOL: The pool is double level - low for kids or just chill and deep for swimming, jumping or playing water games. It is crystalicly clean and gets clean everyday early in the morning so you can do your morning swim in the fresh water. GARDEN: Gorden is above the clouds - its just perfect - a lot of sunbeds, towels, umbrellas with a lot of shade or just a perfect tanning spots under the sun. The ground is enclosed by the fence so you dont have to be worry that somebody is entering the garden or that your dog escapes in the middle od the night. Villa has also great camera system that is working perfectly - it was not disturbing our privacy but we still felt perfectly saved. You can find there also covered garage. LOCATION: For those coming by plane its really the number one choice - you land in Split airport and 10 minutes later, you are lying in the swimming pool - we loved it! Also when our plane was delayed, we stayed in the villa till last minute - this is something you really appreciate when traveling with kids, dogs or drinking friends ;-).

very good location, great contact with the owner. in objection all amenities imaginable. the owner made a delicious Croatian style dinner. I would highly recommend !

The house is very clean and well equipped. The owner is helpful and available. The pools are large, the garden is spacious. The bedrooms are very comfortable.

The airport is quite close so there is a bit of noise during the day.
