It was ok, we stayed just the 1 night instead of 2

Fantastic location. We walked the Llanberis path back down from the top of snowdon right to the front door.

Very basic. Found dirty boxers and bottles of vape fluid under our bed.

A lovely stay, ideal for walkers, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fantastic setting, picturesque view and ideal, central location. Parking outside and clear check-in instructions to assist in finding/accessing the property. Comfortable lounge, kitchen and dining area with ample facilities. A minor complaint regarding facilities was responded to and addressed by the host within a few hours, fantastic customer service. An ideal booking for a small family or a group of friends/colleagues looking to explore the local area.

I personally stayed in the twin room and the single beds weren't the most comfortable but I managed to have a good night's sleep! The property is a bit rustic. It could use a lick of paint, the odd bit of furniture repair and attention to detail on the dustier corners but given the location and it's intended use by most visitors as a base for outdoor activities this is nitpicking. The facilities list mentioned a hairdryer which I don't think we were ever able to find but forgot to mention this so did not give host opportunity to address.

Booking.com's map is very wrong and directs you to the otherside of the lake. This lead to us getting to the accomodation an hour later than we would of liked. On the brightside though the location it took us to was a beautiful quarry

Fantastic location and spacious Apartment

The location and parking was perfect. The spaciousness of the living room. Double with ensuite was great and the kitchen was really clean. It was just exactly what we needed for a short stay for walking to Snowden. The apartment was really comfortable and the views were brilliant. Just a very short walk to the high street or the lake. Excellent

I know it isnt always possible to sort but there was dusty bits in corners of the bedrooms and spiders particularly in the ensuite. Didn't really bother us but the only thing I can think of. Also The address took us to the hospital across the lake and then to another apartment on the neighbouring road and a neighbour showed us the house

Amazing location and view, owner was an absolute treat to deal with and we received clear instructions from the offset. Photographs don’t do it justice. 10 minute walk to the Sherpa bus so ideal for us when climbing snowdon. 100% will stay again.

Ruth's home was lovely! Had such a nice time there, the views were incredible from the upstairs living room area. Such a convenient location for a nice stroll along the lake as well and as a starting point for anyone looking to climb Snowdon! Ruth messaged us all the information we needed before we arrived in a timely manner and was really helpful throughout our stay. !00% would come back again

great location+views but given the deficiencies some improvement is definitely needed for the price!

the location was fantastic, great views of the lake and mountains! spacious kitchen/diner/lounge area with good facilities (2 fridges, 1 freezer and 1 dishwasher) clear instructions on how to get to the house. kitchen amenities were good Owner was very responsive and gave the WiFi details before arrival.

The windows were all ridden with cobwebs. the property was only superficially cleaned, very inappropriate during a pandemic. The response of the owner to each shortcoming was "the cleaners must have forgotten". We recommend more attention to detail by the owner. There were no toiletries in the bathroom or kitchen. the only bins were in the bathrooms or kitchen, none in the bedroom. one bathroom's sink was clogged before we arrived so was unusable. The beds were awful, you can feel every spring in the old mattresses which made the beds creak with every breath. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. One of our family members resorted to sleeping on the sofa because of this. You could not sleep and wake up refreshed. The walls need a bit of paint touch up especially the bathroom where there were damp stains on the wall. The living room had a missing lightbulb (but this was not that impactful). The gas and hot water ran out during our stay: again the response was against the cleaners. The owner did sort this out in 30 minutes though which we hugely appreciate.

Great location

The property is situated right in the centre of town. It’s great to adventure the mountains of Snowdonia or messing about in the lake next door. The house is basic but comfortable and clean. It’s ideal for a small group or a family. Parking is right outside the door and there enough for 2 cars, 3 with consideration of the neighbouring properties.

It’s worth bringing your own bed cover as the duvets are a little small. However we were a party of big lads.

The house has a great location (right in the middle of everything you need in North Wales) and we loved the spacious living room. Ruth was a lovely host!

The beds could have been more comfortable and more storage in the upstairs bedroom would have been good.

Clean and tidy, hidden away with good views

The property was very clean and tidy, the host was very responsive when message sent, the view from the living room was great could see the lake. Area was really quite and relaxing.

Beds were not comfortable and creaked every time you moved. Maybe some better pans for cooking, no drinking glasses but the mugs did come in handy.
