Luxury Apartment IVA

Great location, walk distance to city center and Bus station. Shops, coffee and resutarants are litteraly few meters away from entrance. Also host is very kind and nice person. We had no problem with late check-in after out flight was delayed and communication was without problems, before arrival and during check-in. Really nice is doorlock using numeric code, so we didn't have to carry keys around. The interior looked luxurious at first glance, but the overall lack of cleanliness took away from the impression. TV was able to rotate towards sofa or to beds, and box support casting movies from my own phone, so it was nice to watch movie in the bed in the evening. Kitchen was equiped with basics, but things like microwave or kitchen towel was missing.

The overall cleanliness was the only real issue. In the bathroom, the shower cabin had noticeable buildup in the corners, whether limescale or mold. There were also dust clumps between the bed and the wall that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time. In the kitchen cabinet, we even found two old breads, one of which was completely moldy.

The host was very kind and helpful, and the location is quite convenient, close to the city center and shops. The apartment is compact and has everything needed for a short stay.

The main downside was the cleanliness, which could be improved to match the overall quality of the apartment and its location.

We enjoyed our stay here - the communication with the host, the location, the lift in the building, the air conditioning, the balcony - we enjoyed everything, thank you :)

The communication with the host was very good, he was always quick to respond. The check-in process was easy. The fact that there was underground parking was convenient.

Although the apartment did look like in the photos, the cleaning was far from satisfactory for me. There was fine dust on the furniture, the floors didn’t look and feel like they were mopped recently and the bathroom was definitely not cleaned well- there were a lot of stains on the shower and sink head and there was even a disgusting piece of solid soap in the shower, with some hairs on it. We were only provided with one shower towel for 2 people and the towels (shower and hands) no were stained, even if they did smell like they were washed. Finally, we didn’t have hot water and had no idea about the balkan system- the host only informed me that there was a catch with the water heater after I complained about the hot water- this should have definitely been advertised in the check-in instructions.
