The host was very helpful and polite. We found the apartment easily and got really clear and simple instructions on how to get in. The AC was on which was very thoughtful because it was extremely hot outside. The apartment had comfortable beds to sleep on. Also, the garage was a huge plus. And it was a 5-minute car distance from the city center.

Some basic cleaning is done everyday and you can see it (mopping the floors and cleaning the sink), but deep cleaning really has to be done as much as painting the walls. The kitchen table is not stable and it’s a matter of time when it will fall down. Also, a kitchen cloth would be a good addition. Traffic noise is loud during the night so I guess if you want to get some sleep you cannot leave the balcony door open.

We arrived at 9 pm to a freezing apartment with no hot water. The host advised us to turn everything on and wait 20 minutes, but it took nearly four hours before the place was warm enough to be comfort.The living room has an underpowered AC unit, and although there is an effective electric heater in the bedroom, heating the apartment takes a long time. The same delay applies to the hot water tank. As we had shared our arrival time in advance, the heating and hot water could have been turned on before our arrival.We only asked to be warm inside.
