Very good base to discover different corners of Ardennes.

Appartment was ideal for family with 2 children, it was very clean and cosy and offered everything we needed. Beds were already made.

Appartment is located right next to highway. Administratively, the location is Rochefort, but it is actually 20 km from Rochefort. But, if you just need a base for your trip/place to sleep, it is quite convenient. Excellent value for money.

Disappointing

very nicely decorated and we received fresh eggs from chickens on the property.

next to busy freeway. very steep stairs getting up to the apartment and then inside getting to the bedrooms with no handrail. there was a very strong sewage smell I had to open all windows, but it did not help and filled the entire unit. the owner came up the stairs outside to chat while smoking a cigarette while my 2 year old was there. the cigarette snell stayed in the patio where we were sitting due to it being rather enclosed. I found this rather shocking.

I loved this beautiful little apartment! The owner is the most nicest person I’ve ever met and I wish her all the good things in life :) I’m so happy with my decision of choosing this apartment - it has a nice kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, chic living room and an amazing view from all windows! I will always stay here whenever I visit!

Too noisy.

Clean, renovated. Quick heating, Strong wifi. Easy check-in/check-out.

No soundproofing; uninterrupted noise from the highway (100m away)! No heating in second bedroom. Parking for small car only. No ventilation in bathroom. Remote location.

Exceptional

The property was extremely clean, facilities very excellent. Apartment was very well furnished and decorated. There were fresh eggs on arrival from the chickens at the bottom of the garden. Parking is on the property

A perfect starting point for discovering the Ardennes

The apartment is in the middle of the Ardennes and it has many parks and amenities nearby. The apartment was very nice and comfortable with a nice view of the Belgian countryside.

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit Küche und kleiner Terrasse, im 1. Stock, super Ausgestattet mit allem was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und Problemlos, Internet war super.

Nähe zur Autobahn, war nicht ganz so ruhig und die Heizung hatte manchmal ein Problemchen, aber wurde schnell behoben.

Leuk verblijf en goede uitvalsbasis.

Goede uitvalsbasis om leuke uitstapjes te maken en gezellig verblijf. Ook parkeerplaats aan het verblijf. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Ramen in slaapkamers zijn jammer genoeg niet volledig verduisterd.

Perfekt für den Kurzufenthalt bei den Höhlen

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man zu den Grotten und dem Wildpark von Han möchte. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe bei einer Autobahn ab-/auffahrt (22a), die nur für die Anreise aus Richtung Norden geöffnet ist. Im Dorf selbst gibt es ein schönes Schloss, eine abgefahrene Radarstation liegt einige Kilometer entfert, Läden (Supermärkte) sind in Rochefort/Welles zu finden, ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Zum Appartement gehört eine Dachterasse mit Sitzgelegenheit, die Schlafzimmer sind unter dem Dach, was man bei Hitze (hier wie überall) natürlich berücksichtigen muss. Ventilatoren stehen bereit. Ansonsten ist alles völlig unkompliziert.
