Inside, the cottage blends rustic comfort with modern ease. The heart of the home is a welcoming living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ready for slow mornings with a fresh coffee or hearty dinners prepared in the oven. The sleeping quarters are spread across two inviting double bedrooms and a charming mezzanine with a single bed—a perfect "nook" for a child. For those traveling with little ones, we’ve made sure to include a baby cot and high chair, so you can pack a little lighter.
The magic of the property truly shines outdoors. Step onto the private terrace to take in magnificent views of the valley, or light up the barbecue for a relaxed dinner in your private garden. We had a fantastic family getaway at this modern holiday home in Modave! The spacious living room was perfect for our group, and we loved spending evenings grilling in the beautiful garden, It’s ideally located near Château de Modave, which we visited for some stunning views, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals together, A big plus was the friendly atmosphere and how welcome we felt throughout our stay

This place is a whole vibe, Super spacious and perfect for fam or friends, The garden is where it’s at for BBQs and chill hangouts, Plus, can’t beat the location near Château de Modave, 10/10 would recommend

I loved how spacious the house was! We had a blast cooking together in the kitchen and the terrace was perfect for evening chats with friends, The location is nice and quiet, plus it’s close to some cool sights like the Château de Modave
