Good stay for a few days

The location was nice. The gite itself was spacious and authentic.

Like most already said, a shower instead of a bath would have been a better choice. It's not so easy to wash your long hair in a bath 😊 Also, the couch was very old and even torn in some places, so a new comfy couch would be a good idea.

Fantastic quiet place with lots of space and not far from some main attractions and sightseeing.

Location was great. Close to Bertrix where there are plenty of supermarkets and petrol stations about 5 miles away. The accommodation was spacious and all bedrooms are large. It is very quiet and peaceful there. There is a Senseo coffee machine in the kitchen if you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. :-) There are some great places to visit less than 1 hour away for example Durbuy, Bouillon, Dinant, Caves of Han to name a few.

Un propriétaire disponible et discret malgré la mitoyenneté

Nous avons apprécié le côté paisible et cosy de l’établissement. Nous sommes admiratifs du travail de rénovation qui a été effectué. L’espace était suffisant étant donné que nous étions à trois adultes.

Nous regrettons le manque de propreté sous les lits et sur les tablettes des fenêtres. Ce qui a provoqué quelques allergies.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in een mooi huis en prachtige omgeving

De locatie was voor ons goed, wel wat afgelegen, geen restaurant of winkel op loopafstand, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Het uitzicht en de omgeving waren super. Veel verschillende (avond)wandelingen gedaan met de hond. Binnen 30 autominuten genoeg te doen. (grotten en wildpark van Han, kajakken, minigolf, stad Bouillon met burcht) Het huisje was goed schoon en groot genoeg, ondanks de hitte (alle dagen boven 30 graden) was het goed slapen in het huis, maar zelf een ventilator meegebracht, was geen overbodige luxe. Genoeg servies, potten, pannen enz in het huis aanwezig.

Het douchen in bad was toch wel een dingentje, omdat we de douchekop moesten vasthouden, maar is goed gekomen. De gordijnen in badkamer en toilet zijn niet verduisterd, dat voelde wat ongemakkelijk. Helaas zijn de foto's op de site van booking.com gemaakt met een brede lens, hierdoor krijg je wel net een verkeerd beeld. Het lijkt ineens groot, dat is het niet, maar wel groot genoeg voor 6 volwassenen. Het huren van bed- en bad linnen is niet mogelijk, dat vond ik jammer, maar zou me niet weerhouden om nogmaals te boeken.

Top locatie voor een fijne vakantie

Het huis is zeer ruim, de bedden slapen heerlijk en alles is aanwezig. Het huis staat in een rustig dorp met goede uitvalswegen naar alle bekende stadjes in de Belgische Ardennen. We hebben ons prima vermaakt.

Een iets comfortabelere bank in de woonkamer is geen overbodige luxe. Als je na een dag even lekker onderuit wilt zakken, dan is het toch behelpen.

Geen fatsoenlijke zitgelegenheid. Bad was niet geschikt om te douchen. Aardlek boiler is uitgevallen. Ontzettend gehorig. Palletkachel is niet comfortabel. Geen fatsoenlijke gordijnen in badkamer en wc.

Mooi huisje, ideale uitvalsbasis

Het is een ruim vakantiehuisje met ruime kamers en een tuintje met mooi uitzicht. Het huisje is gezellig ingericht. De keuken is eerder eenvoudig, maar beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. De pelletkachel zorgt voor extra gezelligheid. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis (Bouillon, Rochehaut, Euro Space Center, Domein van de Grotten van Han, ...).

De bedden waren redelijk hard.

Omgeving was goed voor als je echt rust wilt. Weinig animo. Veel winkels waren dicht en zonder auto kom

Een heerlijk plekje in het groen!

De ligging van het huis is prachtig in het groen. Het huisje is gezellig en sfeervol ingericht. Een pelletkachel zorgt ervoor dat het heerlijk warm wordt.

De douche is in het bad en moet je in je hand houden.
