A comfortable stay in a good location.
Good location, comfortable and clean.
It was easy to collect the keys to the apartment but not easy to hand them back at the end of the stay. The shop we collected the keys was shut when we tried to hand the keys back as it was a Sunday. We couldn't close the bathrooms during use as the 'stoppers' didn't work.

Great location at a great price.
The location was perfect for us, right on the Tyne and walking distance to town. Close to parking. The host Marie, was very quick to respond to any questions. Good facilities in the kitchen. Cost between 3 of us was excellent.
There were no locks on the bathrooms and we were sharing with work colleagues. Not a huge issue but an easy fix.

The stay was pleasant
The property was decorated well and was in a central location so very easy to get everywhere we wanted to visit.
The property was cold, the showers were very weak and it was very noisy at night as the windows are not double glazed.

Fabulous central location in a characterful building, nice outlook, spacious and airy rooms, stylish interior, clean throughout, quality bedding and towels, good wifi, good toiletries, great pre-arrival information from the friendly hosts, easy key collection and drop off, deposit returned on same day as checkout

Great location, excellent host and the apartment was very stylish. Had a great time despite the weather!
We would have liked a welcome pack, as we couldn't work out how to get hot water from the shower and took a while to work out the TV remote. At times it was a little cold as there is only electrical heaters and we couldn't work out the timer. Also was a little noisy but that is too be expected from a city centre stay!
