Casa di Nicola was an excellent place to stay with great hosts and in a nice area close to the beach

The location was very good . An 8 minute walk to the beach and with a number of nice restaurants nearby to choose from. There are a number of car free streets in Viareggio and the apartment was on one of them, which meant that we had a peaceful nights sleep. There was a friendly cafe just up the road which served cocktails, plus the train station which we used a number or times to visit Lucca, Pisa and the Cinque Terre

Amazing stay at Viareggio

The location and property are great. It takes no more than 5-8 minutes by foot to reach any facility from the apartment (beach, restaurants, supermarkets). Nicola is a great host. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for an apartment with an Italian vibe

Superlative holiday!

The apartment is very big, very close to the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a spacious and bright apartment in a quiet area with restaurants and shops nearby. The host gave us all the necessary information to spend time in as many special places as possible and welcomed us with pleasure.

Exceptional

We had a lovely stay at Nicolas apartment. The apartment is very clean and well maintained, and it has it all! We didn’t miss a thing during our stay. We also liked the possibility to use the balkonies, which you can find on both sides of the apartment. The area is quiet, clean and safe, and it only takes about five minutes to walk to the beach. The trainstation is also close by. There is a park just a few meters away which was great for jogging in the mornings. Nicola is just the best host - service minded, flexible and kind, and helpfull with all the practial issues and all our questions. Nicola - we cannot thank you enough for the loan of the apartment and your kindness! If you are planning a trip to Viareggio we can really recommend staying at Nicolas apartment.

Es war eine sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung mit ruhiger Lage in einer Fussgängerzone. Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und zum Strand.

Man hört von der Wohnung oberhalb, wenn ein Kind rumtobt.

Camere spaziose e pulite. C'era tutto il necessario. Posizione tranquilla, vicino sia al centro che alla spiaggia. Nicola è stato disponibile e gentile

Snyggt, rymligt och centralt läge.

Perfekt läge, fräsch och snygg lägenhet. Fint iordningställt och välstädat. Jättetrevlig uthyrare. Bra område med gamla vackra hus. Nära stationen. Nära stranden.

Italienska kuddar är väl inte vår favorit.

Torneremo sicuramente

La struttura si trova in zona pedonale e a 10 min. a piedi dal mare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono, bar, pasticceria e ristoranti. La zona è ben servita di tutto. Il martedì e giovedì c’è il mercato proprio sotto casa. Nelle vicinanze ci sono posteggi a pagamento. Il proprietario è premuroso e attento. Abbiamo trovato una cesta di frutta fresca, acqua e bibite.

Top Location

Die wiklich super ausgestattete Wohnung ist an bester Lage in der Fussgängerzone und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist noch besser als in der Beschreibung :-). Alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, Restaurant, Läden, Strand. Noch bequemer: Fahrrad mieten, die ganze Stadt ist mit Radwegen erschlossen, das ist echt toll, so hat es generell wenig Verkehr in der Innenstadt. Unser Gastgeber Nicola hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns zur Begrüssung sogar einen Imbiss und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt, wow! Er stellt auch Infos für Ausflüge und Preislisten für Diverses zur Verfügung, das hilft sehr. Wir waren rundum bestens versorgt und betreut.

Die Händler am Strand sind zum Teil sehr aufdringlich, einzelne sogar echt frech.
