Outstanding location that is easy walk to train station and to beach. Numerous markets, supermarkets, restaurants etc are nearby. The street is closed to automobile traffic - just pedestrians and cyclists. Very quiet despite good location. Inside, everything is very clean and modern. Good air conditioning, everything is attractive. Laundry facilities and kitchen. We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was outstanding. Nicola is a pleasure to work with. He showed up to get us settled in and to get us checked out. Be aware that he asks for a 300 euro cash deposit, but this was, of course, returned without any issues.

Nothing - if we ever go back to Viareggio, we'll try to stay here.

Очень приветливый хозяин аппартаментов. Сверх наших ожиданий нам было предоставлено все, что необходимо вплоть до средства для стирки, свежих фруктов и Netflix ))). Отличная кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления полноценных приемов пищи. Огромная гостиная, где мы с радостью проводили время всей семьей

Единственное, к чему можно было бы придраться, очень маленькая душевая кабина. Для полных людей или для тех, кому необходимо мыть детей это может быть проблемой

Es war eine sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung mit ruhiger Lage in einer Fussgängerzone. Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und zum Strand.

Man hört von der Wohnung oberhalb, wenn ein Kind rumtobt.

Camere spaziose e pulite. C'era tutto il necessario. Posizione tranquilla, vicino sia al centro che alla spiaggia. Nicola è stato disponibile e gentile
