About this house rental
NEW. Waterfront property with superb sea views, consisting of a house and a Penty in a park of 8000M2 including 4000 M2 fenced with stone walls with its private staircase to access the beach.
House with sea view from all rooms. On the first floor you will find:
- a living room with a beautiful view of the island of Batz and its granite fireplace and insert.

Upstairs, there are three other bedrooms with a beautiful sea view for each.

- a second living room, a billiard table, a sofa and a Hoffmann Piano from Bechstein.

You can also laze in the covered spa heated all year round at 38° facing the sea.
Finally, you will have at your disposal: bicycles (two of which are electric), two paddles, a ping pong table... not to mention the possibility of using a boat of 5 people from June to September (on reservation!), concierge service managed by the owner (car rental, delivery of seafood platters...)

The pictures don’t make enough justice to the property which is stunning, large and closed garden, see view and amazing facilities. The wind-protected jacuzzi with a view to top it up. We spent a great week with family (3 generations) in windy and sunny Brittany. The beaches located 5 to 10mins away are wide with clean sand along with accessible coastal path. Great hosts and amazing property we will be back !

Wunderschönes Haus, einmalig gelegen in einer grandiosen Landschaft. La Maison sur la Mer wird für uns alle für immer ein Sehnsuchtsort bleiben. Wir hoffen, irgendwann hierher zurückkehren zu können.
