About this villa rental

Luxury villa capacity 10/12 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Batz. An indoor heated pool at 28 ° C, as well as a magnificent outdoor garden with a brand new terrace where there is privileged access to the fine sandy beach of Pouldu are also to be cachet of this magnificent rental completely renovated in 2015 . It is located in a small typically Breton village, with 17 km of sandy coastline, and very dynamic with regard to many activities. This is the best gîte we have stayed in in this area. The view is mesmerising and constantly changing as the tide goes in and out. The gîte is very comfortable with very good facilities. We enjoyed using the canoe and the bicycles. The younger children who were with us loved the pool and we all enjoyed a warm swim in it after the sea. Very clean, spacious, excellent location. Hosts very helpful.

A spacious and well equipped house and private garden right by the superb sandy beach. Wonderful view of the ever changing tide and glorious sunsets. The indoor swimming pool was a great asset and the hosts were very helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Our granddaughters loved the indoor pool and the back yard for ball games and a BBQ. Being right on the beach the adults were walking or running most days. Everything was clean and Paul and Christine gave us some excellent recommendations for places to go or eat. Highly recommended!

House was great for a beachside holiday. There is lots to do reasonably close by but we didn’t stray far. The sunsets were fabulous. Compared with England the area is very quiet, dotted with small villages and some bigger old market towns. Pool, thought conpact, was better used than we had expected. Hosts very friendly.

This is an ideal house for a family holiday. Literally next to a beach with fabulous views, much thought has gone into its design. The indoor pool was a great hit as were the kayaks and cycles. Owners were friendly and helpful. Well furnished with lots of space for eating indoors and in the garden. A beautiful area with rocky bays, islands and golden/ white sands. Could we have asked for more!!

From grandparents to grandchildren- we all had a terrific time, playing cricket on the beach, rock pooling, kayaking, cycling, exploring the coastal path, swimming in sea and lovely indoor pool. The house is modern, well equipped and practical with the most spectacular views from the living room and two front bedrooms. High tide or low tide, both were equally beautiful. Thank you to hosts Christine and Paul for a wonderful week.

We had a fabulous holiday with a family of 9 . The villa was superb , it contained all we needed for our stay , the beach was wonderful for the children with use of kayaks . Easy access to Roscoff by bicycles supplied and visits to Morlaix and St Pop de Leon by car . Thankyou

The villa is ideally located, and equipped, for a relaxing and stress-free break. Our group - two young families with their grandparents - thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The ever-changing sea views from the main living area are stupendous, and the pool guarantees that - whatever the weather - there will always be something for the kids to enjoy. The daily walk to the boulangerie provides the opportunity to work up an appetite for the croissant that you'll eat there, and the walk back the excuse to have a slice or two of brioche on your return. If you're keen on local markets, you can probably manage five in the week without too much effort! All in all, a marvellous week.

We stayed here with our 5 children and found the house very clean and tidy. The house is well equipped, spacious and comfortable and really benefits from the great views across the bay. Onze vakantieweek (eind augustus 2021) was perfect . Het vakantiehuis is ruim, net en smaakvol gemeubileerd. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en de slaapkamers op de zee en de rotsformaties is magnifiek. De beschikbaarheid van de twee dubbele kajaks is een plus, zeker voor gezinnen met oudere kinderen. Het huis is een absolute aanrader, wij kijken er naar uit om terug te komen.

Location conforme à l'annonce. Maison très agréable avec vue imprenable sur la mer et l'ile de Batz. Accès direct à la plage avec petit jardin clos. Maison très confortable, très bien meublée, décoration faite avec gout, la piscine intérieure est un régal aussi bien pour les petits que pour les grands. Tout le linge de maison est compris (serviettes de bains, peignoirs, linges de maison, linge de lits) ce qui ne gâche rien. Petit attention de bienvenue par les propriétaires très sympathiques. Je vous recommande vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçu, toute la bretagne de votre fenêtre.

maison tout confort et toute équipée. superbe jardin qui donne sur le GR et directement sur la plage (de sable blanc fin). le soir, les couchers de soleil depuis la baie vitrée du salon sont absolument uniques! table et chaises de jardin ainsi que chaises longues et barbecue complètent le tout! des kayaks, vélos et jeux de plages sont aussi mis à disposition. nous y avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos amis et enfants, à 2 pas de Roscoff et St Pol de Léon.

Malgré la pluie ( on est en Finistère), la maison idéalement placée, avec sa piscine et l'environnement régional permet un séjour très agréable et confortable. Tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour: vue superbe, matériel de plage et de mer, vélos.... Un endroit idéal pour une grande famille et les enfants. Confort bien étudié. Nous reviendrons.......
